ASSISTID proposals received from now until June 30, 2016 will have 2 stages:
Proposals received before February 28, 2016 will be reviewed in March/April and interviews will take place in May 2016
Proposals received up to June 30, 2016 will be reviewed in July/August with interviews in September 2016.
Calls are open to researchers from a wide range of disciplines including behavioral and social sciences, computer science, special education, and engineering. Proposals must have an aspect of technology in them however, this does not have to be the development of a new or novel technology, it can be the assessment or adaptation of an existing technology within a new user group or scenario.
