Online safety and privacy for autistic children
Heriot-Watt University has launched a project looking into how to protect autistic children online. The goal of the team is to develop tools ensuring a safer internet navigation for this population.
The Scotland on Sunday newspaper has just covered a press release on the topic.
Kirsty Macmillan, the PhD student managing the study, is currently recruiting participants for an online parental survey regarding children’s online safety behaviours. If you are interested, follow this link to take part in her research.
